This is from the 2005 RJR Fabrics line called CIRCUS Something to Talk About. Pretty hard to find. Beautiful red, white & blue balloons (I thought they were gumballs until I got the circus reference).
Nice piece of cotton with a good hand, not flimsy. Will be great in quilts, clothes, place mats, aprons...whatever comes to mind. Looks like it would be a delight to sew on.
