The selvage says: The Whole Country Caboodle by Leanne Anderson, "Top Dog" for Fabrics by Spectrix.
No idea where the dogs come into this, but it's an out of print fabric that is really hard to find. It would be interesting to see the whole collection.
Sold as a 2 yard piece.
This is cotton, not a heavy weave. I originally got it to make a scrub top for a Veterinarian and it would be great for that along with so many other things like aprons, messenger bags, place mats and so on.
