This Faux Silk material has an all over diamond pattern with tiny light & dark diamonds at each intersection.
As you can see by the back in picture 3 the threads for embroidering the design are woven in, you will want to line this depending on what you plan to make. I can see vests & bodices as well as medieval type sleeves and bags.
