A thick enough lace to use in garments, not just trims.
Floral embroidery over a lace backing with a raised/puckered/3-D effect. It looks like a charcoal color to me, not a true black & sometimes, in the right light, I can see a bit of lavender. Enough stretch to make it comfortable to wear, but not enough for you to find it at your feet.
45/46" wide and a generous 2.5 yards
It's a very Morticia Adams type fabric, would make a fantastic cloak.
