Lip Cord refers to the bit attached to the trim that you sew into a seam or you can sew it on top of your item. The part you attach is finished.
These fake pearls are quite lovely and would be perfect for formal wear, costuming, purses, hats... so many things! The beads/pearls are 7mm in diameter.
