Very deep Venice lace trim in black. Outstanding for costuming. Would look great over the top of a long skirt or on a bodice. ~15" from top to bottom.
There are three rows of flowers connected by lace "bubbles" with a floral fringe on the bottom and a straight edge on the top.
No stretch, but truly gorgeous.
