A marvelous piece of fabric that would back a jaw dropping bustier or riverboat gambler type vest.
44/45" wide, 1 3/8 yards long, this shiny sharkskin (rayon/acetate?) has a gorgeous sheen and a strong hand, good enough for bustiers, vests, hats, purses, album covers, you name it.
This is a vintage piece. In my younger days, whenever I found myself in a large city I sought out those fabric stores that specialized in dramatic fabrics & then checked out their end of bolt sales. This is one of them. Hope whoever buys this makes something splendid & shares with us a picture of it.
